Yoga is a holistic and comprehensive system. Holistic yoga encompasses body, mind and soul. Holistic yoga also includes nutrition, mental attitude, purity of thoughts and feelings, calmness and tension and conscious action. Holistic yoga means that we help shape our future in this life and our next lives with our actions and deeds. Yoga is very complex.

Hatha Yoga

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is conscious sleep. It is a systematic technique for complete rest, development of consciousness and development of superconsciousness. Through Yoga Nidra your entire body can relax and your mind can calm down.
Raja Yoga
Raja Yoga is the queen of yoga. It includes techniques of mental training and includes meditation. You can control your thoughts. Jnana Yoga is the path to knowledge. It asks questions like: Who am I? Where do I come from? Where am I going? What is the meaning of life? What is happiness? Is there justice? The more you deal with these questions, the more calm and peace you will have in your life.
